LoveMoney Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing LoveMoney subscriptions, credit packs, and marketplace items. Because most LoveMoney products are delivered instantly as digital experiences, our refund approach balances fairness to players with the sustainability of live service operations. This policy explains when we can offer refunds, how to request one, and the exceptions you should know about.

1. Subscription Plans (LoveMoney Plus / Pro Tiers)

  • 24-hour cooling-off: If you purchased a recurring plan through our site and have used fewer than 3 AI generations or exports, contact us within 24 hours for a full refund.
  • Partial month billing: We do not prorate or partially refund active subscription periods once substantial usage has occurred.
  • Renewals: Monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing cycle. Refunds for renewals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis when there is no platform usage after the renewal.
  • Third-party stores: Purchases made through mobile app stores or partner marketplaces must follow that platform’s refund process. We cannot override their decisions.

2. Credit Packs and One-Time Purchases

  • Unused credits: We will refund the full purchase price of credit packs if no credits have been spent and the request is submitted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Partially used credits: If fewer than 20% of the credits from a pack have been consumed, we can offer store credit for the remaining balance. Cash refunds are not available after partial use.
  • Downloadable items: Marketplace assets (overlays, templates, presets) are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by local consumer protection laws.

3. Technical Issues or Service Outages

  • If LoveMoney experiences a verified outage or defect that prevents you from accessing paid features for more than 24 consecutive hours, we will either extend your subscription or credit your account with comparable value.
  • Please document errors (screenshots, timestamps, log IDs) so our support team can investigate quickly.

4. Fraud, Abuse, or Policy Violations

We reserve the right to deny refunds to accounts flagged for chargeback abuse, terms-of-service violations, or automated scraping. Refund requests from suspended accounts will be reviewed individually and may require additional verification.

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email billing@lovemoneygame.io using the subject line “Refund Request”.
  2. Include your account email, transaction ID or invoice number, purchase date, and a brief explanation.
  3. Our support team typically responds within 3 business days. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the provider.

6. Regional Rights

Residents of the European Union, United Kingdom, or jurisdictions with mandatory digital goods cooling-off periods may have additional rights. Contact us with any relevant statutory references so we can make sure you are covered.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may revise this Refund Policy to reflect new products, payment processors, or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date, and we may email affected customers when applicable.
